An officer takes you to the property and answers your questions on site. The fee is quoted before you pay.
Overview
We do not publish exact locations, so nobody visits a property alone and owners are protected. When you book, choose the office the officer travels from — Jinja, Kampala or Mbarara — and see the inspection fee and transport cost before paying. The exact meeting point is shared once your site visit is confirmed.
Found a property somewhere else? Book a site visit for it too: we contact the seller, check the documents and can handle the payment for you.
