Overview

Every listing shows the price in Uganda shillings (with dollars and euros for reference), the size, the type of title and photos of the actual property. You contact owners through your account, so there is a written record of what was said, and phone numbers are never exchanged until you are ready to view.

When you decide to buy, the agreement is signed in the same conversation and you pay Jinja Consolidated, not the seller. We release the money only when you confirm you have what was agreed.
