Agreements and escrow
Put any deal in writing in the conversation. Both sides sign, we countersign, and the money is held until the buyer confirms.
Overview
Most property fraud happens when money changes hands before the buyer has what they paid for. With escrow, the paying party pays Jinja Consolidated. We hold the money and release each payment only when they approve it. If something goes wrong, either side can raise a dispute and the money stays held while our office reviews the agreement, the conversation and the evidence.
Agreements are signed by typing your name; the exact text signed is fingerprinted so it cannot be changed afterwards.
